Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kesadaran sebagian masyarakat dalam memelihara kebersihan lingkungan, yang berdampak pada munculnya masalah sampah, drainase tersumbat, dan risiko penyakit. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan lingkungan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, observasi awal, koordinasi dengan pemerintah desa, sosialisasi, penyuluhan, kerja bakti, pendampingan, dan evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat cukup aktif dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemanfaatan hasil, dan evaluasi program. Partisipasi warga tampak dalam kehadiran rapat, pemberian masukan, swadaya tenaga, dana, dan material, serta keterlibatan menjaga hasil kegiatan. Disimpulkan bahwa pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran, kepedulian, dan keterlibatan masyarakat, meskipun masih diperlukan pembinaan berkelanjutan agar partisipasi lebih merata dan konsisten. Program ini juga mendorong lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih, sehat, nyaman, dan mendukung pencegahan banjir di permukiman.
