AKTUALISASI NILAI PAWONGAN DALAM AJARAN TRI HITA KARANA PADA PENGEMBANGAN KOMUNITAS BELAJAR PROFESIONAL BAGI GURU

Aktualisasi nilai pawongan mencakup semua ranah kehidupan, termasuk pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui komunitas belajar professional. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktualisasi nilai pawongan sebagai fondasi sekaligus orientasi pengembangan komunitas belajar professional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan menyeleksi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis hasil penelitian yang telah diterbitkan secara online pada jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang ada. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan tematik. Kajian ini menemukan adanya koherensi antara nilai-nilai pawongan dengan prinsip dan komponen pengembangan komunitas belajar professional bagi guru. Nilai cinta kasih teraktualisasi dalam prinsip kepedulian dan sikap saling percaya. Nilai pengembangan kapasitas berfikir teraktualisasi dalam prinsip inisiatif dan keberanian mengambil resiko, pemecahan masalah, dan pemberian umpan balik. Nilai hormat muncul dalam prinsip penghormatan terhadap martabat dan keragaman manusia. Nilai pengakuan terhadap keragaman mengejawantah dalam prinsip pengakuan serta keterbukaan dan komitmen terhadap tanggung jawab bersama. Nilai komplementasi peran dan status diwujudkan dalam prinsip pengakuan social, komitmen pada visi bersama, serta kolaborasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Nilai-nilai cakra yadnya menjadi penopang penting aktualisasi dari semua prinsip di atas.Kajian ini membuka peluang bagi penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menguji temuan penelitian kepustakaan ini berdasarkan data empiris.
