Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Citra Bakti (JIPCB) is an open-access journal committed to the wide dissemination of scholarly research and the protection of intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the journal promotes clarity regarding copyright, licensing, and the responsibilities of authors, reviewers, and the publisher. All published articles are freely available for readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to, subject to the applicable licensing conditions.

Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights without restrictions and grant Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Citra Bakti (JIPCB)the right of first publication. Articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license permits sharing and adaptation for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is supplied, and any changes are indicated. Adapted materials must be distributed under the same license. Copyright and licensing information will be clearly displayed in each published article and on the journal’s website.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, that all sources are appropriately acknowledged, and that any necessary permissions for third-party copyrighted materials have been obtained. Supporting permissions must be provided upon request, and appropriate credit lines must accompany reproduced or adapted materials. Peer reviewers retain copyright to their review reports, and any sharing or publication of these reports requires their explicit consent. The journal’s name, logo, and distinctive branding elements may not be used without prior written permission.

The journal does not tolerate plagiarism or unjustified redundant or overlapping publication. Submissions are screened for originality, and suspected violations will be investigated in accordance with relevant COPE guidelines and the journal’s procedures for addressing misconduct. Authors must disclose any prior dissemination, related publications, or concurrent submission elsewhere. Depositing a manuscript on a recognized preprint server, presenting an abstract or poster at a conference, or including the work in a thesis or dissertation generally does not preclude consideration, provided that such dissemination is fully disclosed.

Authors are permitted to archive their submitted manuscripts and final published articles in open-access repositories. When depositing the published version, authors must acknowledge its initial publication in Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Citra Bakti (JIPCB) and provide a full citation and a DOI link, where available. Information concerning publication charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the journal’s website. These practices support responsible sharing, protect authors’ rights, and promote the accessibility and reuse of published research.
