OPTIMALISASI MANAJEMEN TURNAMEN TROFEO UNTUK EVALUASI DAN SELEKSI PEMAIN MENJELANG EL TARI MEMORIAL CUP

Pembinaan sepak bola remaja memerlukan pertandingan evaluatif yang dikelola secara sistematis agar kemampuan pemain dapat diamati dalam situasi nyata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi mitra dalam mengelola turnamen trofeo sebagai sarana evaluasi dan seleksi pemain menuju El Tari Memorial Cup. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan tim pengabdian, pelatih, asisten pelatih, manajer, dan 18–22 pemain pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, serta evaluasi. Instrumen penilaian mencakup aspek teknik, taktik, fisik, pengambilan keputusan, kerja sama, mental bertanding, dan kedisiplinan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa turnamen berlangsung lebih tertib, seluruh pemain memperoleh kesempatan bermain, dan pelatih mendapatkan data performa yang lebih terstruktur. Data tersebut membantu mengidentifikasi kelebihan, kelemahan, konsistensi, serta kebutuhan latihan lanjutan. Disimpulkan bahwa pendampingan manajemen trofeo efektif mendukung evaluasi, seleksi, dan pembinaan pemain secara lebih objektif, terarah, dan berkelanjutan menjelang kompetisi utama.
