Abstract

Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) memberikan pengajaran profesional kepada siswa yang siap untuk bekerja. TVET sendiri harus berperanpenting dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha, industri, dan lapangan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini Fokus untuk menganalisis penerapan TVET sistem ganda, yang menggabungkan pembelajaran di sekolah dengan pelatihan di tempat kerja, di berbagai negara dan bagaimana model tersebut diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan vokasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SLR dengan metode PICOC yang berasal dari literatur artikel. Kebaruan Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum TVET yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja global yang terus berubah, dengan menekankan pentingnya hubungan antara pendidikan dan industri. Rekomendasi utama penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kerjasama antara lembaga pendidikan dan dunia industri dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Negara-negara perlu memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan tempat kerja, dan memberi insentif bagi perusahaan untuk lebih terlibat dalam program pelatihan. Kebaruan penelitian ini pentingnya menekankan sektor industri dan kebijakan pemerintah mendukung atau menghambat penerapannya termasuk bagaimana strategi kebijakan dapat mengatasi ketidaksesuaian keterampilan antara lulusan TVET dan kebutuhan industri. Rekomendasi penelti bahwa sebagian besar penelitian tentang TVET lebih berfokus pada persiapan tenaga kerja untuk industri dalam menciptakan wirausaha baru. Model pendidikan dan pelatihan kejuruan juga dapat mendukung startup dan bisnis berbasis keterampilan.
