Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran komunitas guru dan refleksi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus metode campuran yang menggabungkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai fenomena yang diteliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif, observasi selama pembelajaran, wawancara, dan analisis rekaman video. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam komunitas guru yang reflektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa, terutama dalam aspek fluency dan elaboration. Meskipun peningkatan pada indikator flexibility tidak terlalu signifikan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan kolaboratif memainkan peran penting dalam merangsang siswa untuk lebih produktif dalam mengemukakan ide-ide mereka. Uji t berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan antara skor pre-test dan post-test keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya refleksi dan kolaborasi guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa.
