Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran berbasis model kooperatif STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model STAD serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model STAD dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan. Dengan diterapkannya model ini, siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran, terlibat dalam diskusi kelompok, serta lebih antusias dalam memahami materi Bahasa Indonesia. Penerapan model STAD juga memperkuat kerjasama antar siswa, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar. Dengan demikian, model STAD terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk lebih giat belajar.

One of the learning models that is often used today is the cooperative learning model. The cooperative learning model is a learning model that better describes a study group. Learning is carried out by forming study groups to create a discussion in the group to solve problems together. The purpose of this study was to analyze learning strategies based on cooperative models in increasing motivation to learn Indonesian in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative method that describes the results of implementing cooperative learning models in increasing student learning motivation in elementary schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that learning strategies based on cooperative models can increase motivation to learn Indonesian in elementary schools. Students become more active and involved in the learning process and show an increase in their learning motivation
