ANTASAN GERAK PULIH: OPTIMALISASI KEMANDIRIAN PENYINTAS STROKE MELALUI REHABILITASI BERBASIS RUMAH DI DESA ANTASAN SENOR ILIR

Stroke dapat menyebabkan keterbatasan fungsi dan penurunan kemandirian penyintas sehingga membutuhkan rehabilitasi berkelanjutan yang dapat dilakukan di lingkungan rumah. Keterbatasan pengetahuan keluarga dan kapasitas kader kesehatan dalam mendampingi rehabilitasi menjadi permasalahan di Desa Antasan Senor Ilir. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan kemandirian penyintas stroke melalui program Antasan Gerak Pulih berbasis rehabilitasi rumah. Mitra kegiatan meliputi Pemerintah Desa Antasan Senor Ilir, Puskesmas Martapura Timur, kader kesehatan, keluarga caregiver, dan penyintas stroke. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendidikan masyarakat, pelatihan, demonstrasi, serta pendampingan dengan materi latihan range of motion (ROM), ambulasi, activity of daily living (ADL), mobilisasi aman, dan pencegahan komplikasi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri atas 10 penyintas stroke, 10 caregiver, dan 10 kader kesehatan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta dari 61,3 menjadi 88,7 dan keterampilan dari 58,4 menjadi 90,2. Skor Barthel Index penyintas meningkat dari 58,5 menjadi 69,8, disertai penurunan ketergantungan berat dan peningkatan kategori kemandirian ringan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa rehabilitasi berbasis rumah melalui pendekatan edukasi dan praktik mampu meningkatkan kapasitas keluarga serta kader dan mengoptimalkan kemampuan fungsional penyintas stroke. Antasan Gerak Pulih penting dikembangkan sebagai model rehabilitasi stroke berbasis komunitas yang berkelanjutan.lingkungan belajar yang positif di sekolah dasar.
