PELATIHAN KOLABORATIF INTENSIF KRESNA: MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA DESA GUNUNG GEULIS

Permasalahan di desa Gunung Geulis yaitu tingginya angka stunting yang salah satu penyebabnya adalah tingginya usia pernikahan dini karena rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi untuk mencegah stunting. Program Pelatihan Kolaboratif Intensif KRESNA dilaksanakan di Desa Gunung Geulis dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan kader remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi sehingga dapat mencegah pernikahan dini yang berkonstribusi kepada penurunan angka stunting. Partisipasi aktif dari 50 remaja dihasilkan melalui metode interaktif dan kolaboratif yang mencakup diskusi kelompok, simulasi kasus, dan permainan edukatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta, dari rata-rata skor pre-test 40% menjadi 85% pada post-test. Tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan stigma sosial, berhasil diatasi melalui pendekatan yang inklusif dan sensitif. Feedback positif dari peserta mengindikasikan kepuasan tinggi dan permintaan untuk program berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi mencakup pendampingan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk mendalami topik-topik tertentu. Program KRESNA terbukti efektif dan dapat menjadi model untuk peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di komunitas lainnya.
